BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of an Electric Utility Easement that encumbers Marion County Parcel 30367-002-02. The easement was recorded in Marion County Public Records, Book 470, Page 69, on December 11, 1963.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The Release of Easement has been reviewed and accepted by Ocala Electric Utility. The City has no current or future use for the easement; all facilities have been removed. Staff recommends approval.
