BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of an electric utility easement encumbering Parcels 37332-000-00, 37332-002-00, and 36796-010-00, as referenced and recorded in Marion County Official Records, Book 8802, Pages 524-529. The easement contains numerous errors and was recorded by the Grantors without following the City’s required review, acceptance, and recording process. Replacement easements have been obtained and will be recorded simultaneously with the release. A release map has been attached for clarification of the locations.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Release of this easement is necessary to correct the Clerk’s official records. Staff recommends approval.
