BACKGROUND:
This Blanket Electric Easement was granted and recorded by Armstrong Land, LLC without following the City’s required review, acceptance and recording process. The subject property (parcel #15841-002-00) is in the process of being platted with a dedicated easement that will more specifically identify and replace this Blanket Electric Easement. Once approved, the plat and easement release will be recorded simultaneously.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The release of this Blanket Electric Easement was reviewed and approved by the Electric Department. Staff recommends approval.
