BACKGROUND:
The intent of the East Ocala subarea Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Historic Building Improvement Grant Program is to support the restoration and renovation of historic buildings within the area. Properties eligible for this program also qualify for other East Ocala Fa?ade Grants.
Eligible buildings for this program include those classified as "Contributing" historic buildings or those eligible to be considered Contributing, built in 1922 or earlier. Contributing buildings are defined as those that have retained much of their historic architectural integrity, preserving the original character and significance of the structure within the community. Below is a summary of the application.
