The project was completed using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The deferred mortgage was $23,428.48
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
On January 13, 2026, Community Programs received a check for the balance of the deferred mortgage in the amount of $23,429.
