BACKGROUND:
Staff request the partial release of an Electric Easement that encumbers real property in the Heath Preserve Subdivision. The area of encumbrance has no installed facilities and is of no current or future use to the City of Ocala. The partial release of the easement will not affect the remainder of the easement. Please refer to page two of the attached survey.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The Electric Department has reviewed and approved the partial release of the Electric Easement. Staff recommends approval.
