BACKGROUND:

Staff requests the approval of an Agreement for Subordination of Utility Interest for three Electric Easements that encumber a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) parcel.  The subordination is in support of the FDOT Interstate 75 Expansion Project.  FDOT will cover all expenses related to locating, protecting, adjusting, relocating, or removing City facilities if necessary.
