BACKGROUND:
On September 6, 2022, City Council adopted Ordinance 2022-84 amending section 26-7 providing for early voting relating to City of Ocala municipal elections.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
F.S. 101.657 allows a municipality to have an early voting period that differs from State and Federal Elections. The Supervisor of Elections has discretion to determine the hours of operation and recommends September 14th - 16th, 2023 as the Early Voting period.

Estimated cost of $4,050 ($1,350 per day)
