Interstate Trailer Plus, LLC ("Applicant") is a subsidiary of the Interstate Group, LLC located in Nampha, Idaho. Interstate Trailer Plus, LLC applied to the City's Economic Development Program (EIP) on July 29, 2022, however, zoning change was required.
