BACKGROUND:
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) proposes to improve State Road No. 500/US Highway No.27. FDOT requests the subordination of utility interest in a Sanitary Sewer Easement and a 10’ Electric Utility Easement in support of the proposed road improvement. The City will retain all rights under the Subordination Agreement provided that the City exercises these rights under the FDOT standards set forth in the FDOT’s Utility Accommodation Manual.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Staff from the Engineering and Electric Departments reviewed and approved the Subordination Agreement (included as Consent Agenda Item #2022-1172). Staff recommends approval of the attached associated and required Resolution.
