BACKGROUND:
The Planning and Zoning Commission advises the City Council on current and long-range planning, reviews, and the permitting of land development within the City of Ocala.
The terms of current Commission members Elgin Carelock and TamBoura Jenkins expire on March 1, 2026, and each has applied for reappointment to new three-year terms ending on March 1, 2029. There were no other applicants.
