BACKGROUND:
FDOT proposes to improve State Road No.500/US Highway No. 27. FDOT requests the subordination of utility interest in a Sanitary Sewer Easement and a 10’ Electric Utility Easement in support of the proposed road improvements. The City will retain all rights under the Subordination Agreement provided that the City exercises these rights under the FDOT standards set forth in the FDOT’s Utility Accommodation Manual.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Staff from the Engineering and Electric Departments reviewed and approved the Subordination Agreement. Staff recommends approval. The associated Resolution is included with Consent Agenda Item #2022-1195.
