BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of public utility easements encumbering Parcel 28672-000-00, as referenced and recorded in Marion County Official Records, Book 709, Page 862, and Book 711, Page 591. The facilities installed within the easement areas have been abandoned and removed. A release map has been attached for clarification of the location.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
City staff has no current or future use for the easements and recommends approval.
