BACKGROUND:
The Recreation Commission advises the City Council on matters relating to parks and recreation.
There are currently three vacancies on the Recreation Commission. Ms. Hamrick and Mr. McLeod have submitted their applications for consideration for appointment to the Commission. If appointed, Ms. Hamrick will serve the remainder of a three-year term that began March 1, 2025, through March 1, 2028, and Mr. McLeod will serve the remainder of a three-year term that began March 1, 2026, through March 1, 2029.
