BACKGROUND:
The Board of Adjustment considers applications for zoning variances and special exception considerations for business and residential construction projects within the Ocala city limits.
The board consists of seven members. The term of board member Dustin Magamoll expired on March 1, 2026, and he has applied for reappointment to a new four-year term ending on March 1, 2030. In the past year, there have been three board meetings, and Mr. Magamoll was present for two, and excused from one. There were no other applications.
