Review Public Artist Roster Applicants

BACKGROUND:
On May 8, 2026, Staff provided OMAC access to the online platform CaFE to review applicants.
On June 10, 2026, Staff provided an email with navigation and scoring guidance. Artists with scores of 14 and above will be recommended for the roster.
On June 25, 2026, OMAC held rescheduled meeting. Staff reviewed navigation and scoring as well as discussed scoring and saving details.
Approved artists will remain on the list for 5 years, until the next open call-where artists can reapply with updates or not renew. Artists can request removal from the roster at any time in writing. Unsuccessful applicants may appeal the decision. We comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning civil and human rights.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Staff and OMAC members will discuss scored artists.
