Genki Izakaya, LLC., doing business as (dba) Koto Hibachi Express Sushi and Bubble Tea, is requesting a permit for the sale of beer and wine for on-premise consumption at 3811 SW College Road (Parcel 2388-002-00)

- Request: 2COP - The purpose of this permit is to allow the sale of beer and
wine for on-premises consumption for Genki Izakaya, LLC dba, Koto Hibachi Express Sushi and Bubble Tea. The hours will be Monday through Sunday, from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm. (Code of Ordinances Section 6-5 limits the hours and times during which alcoholic and intoxicating beverages may be sold, consumed or served, or permitted to be served or consumed, in any place or on any premises defined as a business establishment as follows: for each day of the week except Sunday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following days. On Sunday, Alcoholic beverages may be sold for consumption on the premises only, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday; and beer, ale, and wine may be sold in sealed containers for consumption off the premises only, between the hours of 7 a.m. on Sunday and 2 a.m. on Monday.)

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
This request is for a provisional location permit, subject to the applicant satisfying the requirements of the City’s Code of Ordinances Section 6-32(d) to obtain their appropriate state-issued license.
