BACKGROUND:
Ocala YH88 LLC, doing business as (dba) Yummy House, requests a permit to sell beer and wine by the drink for on-premises consumption at 2510 SW 27th Avenue, Unit 103 (Parcel 23731-003-00).
This is a new location for Yummy House, which obtained site plan approval (SPL24-45677) in October 2024, building permit approval (BLD25-1542) in September 2025, and received a certificate of occupancy in September 2026.

• Request: The purpose of this request is for approval of a State 2COP alcohol permit to allow for beer and wine sales by the drink for consumption on premises at Yummy House. Hours will be 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sunday - Saturday. (Code of Ordinances Section 6-5 limits the hours and times during which alcoholic and intoxicating beverages may be sold, consumed, or served, or permitted to be served or consumed, in any place or on any premises defined as a business establishment as follows: for each day of the week except Sunday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following days. On Sunday, Alcoholic beverages may be sold for consumption on the premises only, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday; and beer, ale, and wine may be sold in sealed containers for consumption off the premises only, between the hours of 7 a.m. on Sunday and 2 a.m. on Monday.)

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
This request is for a provisional location permit, subject to the applicant satisfying the requirements of the City’s Code of Ordinances Section 6-32(d) to obtain their appropriate state-issued license.
