Pane Vino E' Caffe', LLC, doing business as (dba), Via Panini, is requesting a permit for the sale of beer and wine at 725 E. Silver Springs Blvd. (Parcel 2820-047-003).

• Police Presence: There have been three calls for service at the location, 725 E. Silver Springs Blvd., during the past two years. An in-house criminal history check was conducted on both applicants; no arrests or DUIs were found. A location report is attached.
• Request: The purpose of this request is for approval of a State 2COP alcohol permit to allow the sale of beer and wine for on-premises consumption for Pane Vino E' Caffe', LLC, dba Via Panini. The hours will be 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday. (Code of Ordinances Section 6-5 limits the hours and times during which alcoholic and intoxicating beverages may be sold, consumed or served, or permitted to be served or consumed, in any place or on any premises defined as a business establishment as follows: for each day of the week except Sunday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following days. On Sunday, Alcoholic beverages may be sold for consumption on the premises only, between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 a.m. on Monday; and beer, ale, and wine may be sold in sealed containers for consumption off the premises only, between the hours of 7 a.m. on Sunday and 2 a.m. on Monday.)
• Staff Comments: Comments were requested from the Growth Management, Police, and Fire Departments, and legal review by the City Attorney. No objections were received.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
This request is for a provisional location permit, subject to the applicant satisfying the requirements of the City’s Code of Ordinances Section 6-32(d) to obtain their appropriate state-issued license.
