BACKGROUND:
Both Elgin Carelock and TamBoura Jenkins were appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission to fill previously vacated, unexpired terms.
Elgin Carelock was appointed on November 19, 2024, and TamBoura Jenkins was appointed on October 21, 2025.
No additional applications were received.
All upcoming term expirations are posted on the City’s website, and these appointments ensure the Planning and Zoning Commission maintains its complete seven-member composition.
