FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Fleet Management recommends replacing vehicle 12-078 to support the operations of the Growth Management Department. Insurance proceeds will be utilized to facilitate the purchase from vendor Alan Jay Fleet Sales under Sourcewell contract #091521-NAF.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The combined replacement cost for vehicle 12-078 is $33,082. The City's General Liability Insurance Fund (626-099-999-590-81-45020) will pay $24,866. The remaining $8,216 will be paid from the Growth Management Department's Machinery & Equipment account (001-016-602-524-66-64010) and is available in the Fiscal Year 2024 budget.
