BACKGROUND:
Former board member Danielle Ruse resigned in December 2023, creating a vacancy for a term that expired March 1, 2024.
Edward Ferrentino currently serves as an alternate member of the Municipal Code Enforcement Board and has applied for appointment as a regular member of the board, for an unexpired three-year term ending March 1, 2027. There are no other applicants.
Two regular member and two alternate member vacancies will remain on this seven-member board, pending Mr. Ferrentino’s appointment. Vacancies are advertised on the City’s website.
