BACKGROUND:
The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and City Council adopted resolutions on December 20, 2016, to establish the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee and nine members were appointed. Mr. Needham’s current term will expire March 1, 2024.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Members of the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee are a part of the North Magnolia business community. North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee members shall serve four-year terms and may be reappointed. Mr. Needham has served on the Committee for several years and is the owner of a business located in the North Magnolia. See application provided in the packet.
Staff is proposing the reappointment of Mike Needham for a new four-year term expiring on March 1, 2028.
