BACKGROUND:
The term for current Board member LaToria Francis expires March 3, 2024. She has applied for a new four-year term ending March 3, 2028.
At least one board member shall be a resident who is currently renting in a housing project or a person of low or very low income who resides with the housing authority’s jurisdiction. Ms. Francis fills that role.
Mayor Marciano interviewed and recommended her for another term.
This is a five-member board interviewed by the Mayor.
