BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Sanitation Division is requesting approval of a one-year renewal of the City's contract with Sunshine Enterprise USA, LLC for the provision of temporary day labor. Temporary day labor is utilized to provide litter control in city parks, along city rights-of-way, and in other city-owned properties.
